2.2 Information collected automatically

2.3 Information we do not collect
We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive categories of personal information through this website. Please do not send such information to us by email or through our forms.

Our site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; essential functions may stop working if you do. You can opt out of Google Analytics on any site by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Some browsers send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or "Do Not Track" signal. We honor GPC signals as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing of personal information where applicable law requires it.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare your free audit or roadmap
- To provide, deliver, and support the services you engage us for
- To send you information about your project, quotes, and invoices
- To operate, secure, and improve our website
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
If you are in the EU/UK, our legal bases are: performance of a contract (delivering services you request), legitimate interests (responding to inquiries, securing and improving our site), consent (analytics cookies, marketing messages, where required), and legal obligation.
5. Marketing Communications
If you contact us, we may follow up about your inquiry. We do not sell or rent your contact details to third parties for their own marketing. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing sales@aimotion.tech. Where you have provided a phone number or WhatsApp number, you consent to us contacting you about your inquiry by those channels; message and data rates may apply, and you may ask us to stop at any time.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed to operate our business:
| Provider | Role |
|---|---|
| Netlify | Website hosting and form submission handling |
| Google (Analytics) | Website analytics |
| Google (Workspace / email) | Email correspondence |
| Cal.com | Call scheduling, if you book a call |
| WhatsApp / Meta | Messaging, if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp |
We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case we will notify you).
If you engage us for services, we may access platforms on your behalf (for example, your Google Business Profile) using credentials or delegated access you grant us. We use that access solely to perform the services and never for any other purpose.
7. International Transfers
We operate in the United States and Mexico, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where personal information is transferred from Mexico, the EU, or the UK to the United States, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or your consent, as applicable.
8. Data Retention
We keep inquiry and form data for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward for business records — generally up to 24 months from your last contact with us — unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client project records and financial records are retained as long as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration, generally no more than 14 months.
9. Security
We use HTTPS across our site, security headers, reputable hosting, and access controls on the accounts that hold your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any regulator as required by law.

- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights
